Six months after Trump bragged about a "historic" realignment, voters from across the political spectrum have soured on the president.

"There are signs that all of this is going to get worse too. Trump has no way out of the Epstein problem; he can either continue to stonewall, which makes him look guilty, or he can release everything, which may make him look even guiltier.

Prices are rising again, thanks to a tariff strategy that makes no sense whatsoever and amounts to yet more inflation for the American consumer.

The massive tax cut for the rich Trump just signed into law will soon have to be paid for by stripping poor people of their health care and jacking up costs for those on the Affordable Care Act exchanges.

The situation in Gaza is worse than it has been in two and a half years.

His deportation regime, which will only expand under the new budget law, is causing widespread horror and outrage in communities across the country."

... Overall, we rate the New Republic Left biased based on story selection and editorial positions that frequently favor the left. We also rate them High for factual reporting due to proper sourcing of information and a clean fact check record. ...

(and, many thanks to the MSGT alias here for introducing me to that site a number of months ago ...)

I agree.

Pres Trump seems to be having, I'll say, a political moment of pause lately.

imo, his failed attempts to appeal more to his base are only making it worse.

The Country is not obeying his dicta. And he seems not to have a clue how to deal with that.

Looking at this from a different view ...

Is Pres Trump clueless how to react and regain adulation when voter opinion seems to be starting to turn against him?

The only problem is ... The Democrats are hated more than he is lolololololol.

Everybody Hates Trump Now

Yeah? Just like they all hated him on January 6th 2021 when he threw his insurrection on national TV and interfered with the peaceful transfer of power for the first time in the history of our nation?

Didn't stop them from voting for him or sitting on their butts and helping him back into office four years later, though, did it? And dollars to donuts he'd still win against Kamala and Hillary if they held the elections today.

So eff the polls, and eff the public who put this rapist, treasonous, corrupt piece of excrement back into office.

@#6 ... Didn't stop them from voting for him ...

Bingo.

And that then seems to beg the question ...

What might it take for MAGA to decide they won't vote for Pres Trump's third term?

So far, the MAGA cult seems to be holding solid with its leader.

Is this a play off the show, "Everybody Hates Chris"?

Cause. That was a good show.

Unfortunately Teflon Don raped a 13 year old girl on 5th Ave and I doubt he's lost many deplorable Trumping MAGAts.

He push seniors off Medicare and no one cares.

The man can do no wrong and while he's alive I doubt there's anything he can do to change that.

One of two things are going to happen.

Trump will die of old age.

Trump will run for another term in 2028.

Not to mention. I'm still wondering what he meant when he repeatedly told people should he win in 2024, they'd never need to vote again.

Meanwhile. You keep pretending everything that's happening is normal.

Ignorance really is bliss.

His AI image doppelganger may run for at least 3rd term, maybe more.

There's no way Trump won't run again in 2028.

There's already a ton of material out there to read from republicans insisting since Trump lost in 2020, this is his first term, again.

Should Trump publicly state that he's running again in 2028, I have zero doubts every republican in America will support it.

Including the ones like BlueWaffles who insists it would never happen.
