If everything is an emergency, then nothing is an emergency.

A federal judge already ruled his "emergency" in California was illegal. Now it falls onto Congresses shoulders to allow or hold him accountable.

The current collection of cucks in power will allow him to continue to break the law without consequence.

A federal court just ruled that there is no "invasion".

A federal appeals court has rejected President Donald Trump's effort to use a 1798 law to swiftly deport Venezuelan immigrants he labeled members of a violent transnational gang.

A divided three-judge panel of the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals said Trump had failed to justify claims that the Venezuelans targeted by his declaration had mounted an "invasion" or "predatory incursion" against the United States at the direction of the Venezuelan government. Without meeting that requirement, Trump cannot deploy the little-used wartime law, known as the Alien Enemies Act, the panel concluded.

Wow, just wow. It's all an attack on democracy right now...until a Dem gets the POTUS chair and does all their EOs to combat "emergencies". Then all will be fine again. It's not like this is new or anything. This happens EVERY SINGLE NEW POTUS. They ALL use their powers to do what they want in the name of their party's ideology.

One of the worst aspects of partisanship in America that has unfortunately become a huge problem is how many IQ points are taken from peoples' brains when they become partisan.
