Russian War Criminal Eliminated in Car Explosion

Defense Intelligence Ukraine (DIU) informs: "On 25 Oct 2025, a car driven by war criminal Mazzherin Veniamin Vladimirovich exploded on the territory of the Kemerovo region of the aggressor state of the Russian Federation. Police Lieutenant Colonel Mazzherin, born in 1980, served in the special unit of the OMON "Obereg" of the Rosgvard Directorate in the Kemerovo region. Based on the collected evidence and eyewitness testimonies of the events, the Prosecutor General's Office opened criminal proceedings against the servicemen of the unit, in particular on the facts of violation of the laws and customs of war. The Defense Intelligence of Ukraine reminds that for every war crime committed against the Ukrainian people, there will be fair retribution."

More

"Obereg" is one of the many units of the Russian Guard involved in war crimes and genocide of the Ukrainian people in the Kiev region, committed by the occupying army during the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into the territory of Ukraine in Feb 2022. In April 2022, the Military Intelligence of Ukraine identified war criminals from the "Obereg" by name and planned measures aimed at fairly punishing those on the list." DIU has become s a leading espionage and CI agency in Europe. Tit-for-tat operations between DIU and the Russian FSB/GRU will continue in a shadow war even after hostilities end between Kiev and Moscow, as their agencies seek retribution or justice for previous operations or crimes. Note how far east this operation took place: Kemerovo Oblast

OMON Police Lieutenant Colonel Mazzherin Veniamin Vladimirovich was rendered ineffective by the DIU in his home country.

Situation Update: The Ukrainian MOD reports that Russia has lost 960 soldiers KIA and WIA over the past 24 hours alone, bringing its total number of personnel losses to 1,140,860 since its brutal invasion of Ukraine. To demoralize the Ukrainian population during winter, the Kremlin has been relentlessly attacking Ukraine's thermal power plants with drones and rockets, causing power outages. Targeting civilian infrastructure may be prosecutable as a war crime by the ICC or the Kiev Prosecutor General.

An international arrest warrant issued by the ICC for war crimes remains active for Vladimir Putin. An indictment is merely an allegation. Mr Putin is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt at an international tribunal to be held for him at a future date at the Hague.

"total number of personnel losses to 1,140,860"

About one-percent of the Russian population, if memory serves.

Maybe they were all middle aged, female Karens?

What Putin does to his people, Trump is willing to do to us.
