Trumpf Junta Exploring 50-Year Mortgages for Homeowners

Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) Director Bill Pulte bleated the Trumpf junta is "working on" a plan to introduce 50-year mortgage terms for home buyers. "Thanks to President Dummkopf Trumpf, we are indeed working on the 50 year Mortgage, a complete game changer," Pulte posted. It followed a post by Dotard Trumpf where he shared a graphic juxtaposing an image of him next to former President FDR. FDR established the 30-year mortgage standard during the New Deal to help citizens recover from the Great Depression. Median income households spend approximately 38.4% of their monthly income on mortgage payments. Trumpf campaigned on creating affordability for the younger generation last year, but his own idiotic economic policies have sent consumer prices and ACA health insurance premiums sky-high, driving down his approval rating to a dismal 37%.

House Republican Marjorie-Taylor Greene (R-GA) quickly responded to this feudalistic scheme on social media:

"I don't like 50 year mortgages as the solution to the housing affordability crisis. It will ultimately reward the banks, mortgage lenders, and home builders while people pay far more in interest over time and die before they ever pay off their home. In debt forever, in debt for life! Let people with a good rent history qualify for mortgages." Link: MTG Responds.

50-year mortgages are an ordeal that wealthy, fatcat oligarchs will never, ever suffer. Thanks for the scheme to foist inter-generational debt AKA feudalism' on us, Republicans. Keep our families and us in debt forever, why don't you?
