Why Trump Gets Away With Everything

Today we have yet another example of how Donald Trump has gotten away with something that no ordinary person would. But why does this keep happening? Why is he seemingly the Teflon Don?

"Furthermore, a judge granted the request to terminate the prosecution, which puts an end to the
last set of criminal charges against Trump.

The case in Georgia focused in on whether Trump and his co-defendants led a criminal conspiracy to overthrow the results of the 2020 presidential election, which he lost to Democrat Joe Biden.

The state prosecutor, a man named Peter Scandalacis, sought the dismissal after he decided that any alleged wrongdoing by Trump should actually be prosecuted at the federal level, not the state level.

He noted in his dismissal filing that the state indictment includes, "a significant number of overt acts, many of which occurred outside the state of Georgia, further reinforcing my view that this case is best pursued at the federal level rather than by an individual state".

Of course, the truth is that this case will never be pursued at the federal level as long as Donald Trump is president and his hardcore loyalist hold position of power.

And not only will this case not be pursued at the federal level, but the Trump administration will continue to seek retribution against all of those involved in originally bringing the case at the state level.

In total, Trump faced four indictments in 2023, but the criminal case in Georgia is the only one that saw him get arrested."

Vid/Transcript is about WHY he keeps getting away with these kinds of things. (5 min plus some quotes.)

And the politicians. And the corporations, the banks, and the current President.

Republicans gave us Citizens United and money as Speech... so thems what has he most monies has the most Speech.

"AI
The Supreme Court's 2010 decision in Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission was a 5-4 ruling, with the five justices in the majority being those generally considered to be on the court's conservative wing. The conservative non-profit organization, Citizens United, challenged existing campaign finance rules to air a documentary critical of Hillary Clinton, a Democratic presidential candidate at the time."
