"On 10 February 2026, at a general court-martial convened at West Point, NY, CDT Cayden N. Cork, US Army, was convicted by a military judge, pursuant to his pleas, of one specification of extortion and one specification of indecent conduct in violation of Articles 127 and 134, UCMJ. The military judge sentenced the accused to be reprimanded, to forfeit all pay and allowances, to be confined for 10 days, and to be dismissed from the service. The sentence was consistent with the terms of a plea agreement."
