NYC Luxury Real Estate Market Booming Under Zohran Mamdani

In the NYC luxury real estate market, defined as homes asking at least $4 million, contracts rose over 24% in the 60 days after Zohran Mamdani's November 2025 election compared to the 60 days before. This indicates confidence in the NYC luxury real estate market and not an exodus of the wealthy from NYC as hatemongers tried to spread during the campaign if Zohran Mamdani (D) was elected NYC mayor.
