People are still going to the island and trespassing as it is private property. Understandable there's really no police dept on the island, but it is part of the USVI.
No problem with citizen arrests. But laws exist on how you apprehend trespassers and how they're treated.
Trespassing charged are expected. But,if the owners and their hired guards violate law, then let the chips fall.
