If it wasn't Josue Dubon NY case wouldn't have been brought

Are like cases being treated alike? Here it appears they are. Prosecution of falsifying business records in the first degree is commonplace and has been used by New York district attorneys' offices to hold to account a breadth of criminal behavior from the more petty and simple to the more serious and highly organized. We reach this conclusion after surveying the past decade and a half of criminal cases across all the New York district attorneys' offices. The Table below provides full details of many examples of cases we identified in the survey. A sample of representative precedents includes:

Poor Christina Murray.

Only Christina Murray, she's the only one who NY would have ever prosecuted for this...

The democrat deep state was out to get Barbara A. Freeland.

I've got another fish on the line, they have accused me of forcing them to post idiotic things, here, on this most august site.

Not a one involved the memo field on a check. Find that case and you might have point. Details matter.

Yeah.

None of them were so ------- stupid that they put pen to paper and actually wrote down the crimes that were being committed .

I heard he was too god damned stupid to commit an impeachable offense:

nymag.com

You should get some right wing big brain type to write up a defense about how he's too ------ between the ears to commit 34 felonies and the fact that it was written down proves it.

I'm sure one of you smooth brained dick heads will post it here and there will be a robust debate.

After an investigation a prosecutor thought crimes were committed, the court agreed, then a jury came to a unanimous decision.

And I heard this one was the weakest case against him, so you've got some things to look forward to..

That's how the process would work for you, me, and everyone we both know.
