Anti-Oil Protesters Jailed for Throwing Soup at Art

Three Just Stop Oil activists threw soup at two of Vincent van Gogh's "Sunflowers" paintings in London's National Gallery on Friday, just hours after two other members of the protest group were jailed for doing the same thing in 2022.

I'm sure they'll come up with a punishment to fit the crime. Although, at the moment, I can't think of one that doesn't involve something medieval.

Punishment should always fit the crime and serve as a deterrent to others. Why waste our time with anything less?
