Some Federal Workers Find They're Suddenly Uninsured

Firings have been carried out with such haste that human resource departments have struggled to answer a basic question from those affected: Do we have health insurance?

Suddenly? It's what happens when you lose a job. Generally, you get insurance through the month you were terminated and then it's on you to pay for COBRA.

Ahh look at the federal workers suffering and in trauma.

Just as intended.

Every time a federal worker suffers a maga shaman gets his horns.

"We want the bureaucrats to be traumatically affected," Vought said in a video revealed by ProPublica and the research group Documented in October. "When they wake up in the morning, we want them to not want to go to work, because they are increasingly viewed as the villains. We want their funding to be shut down ... We want to put them in trauma."

Nevermind. It wouldn't help.

Health Care is a right only granted to prisoners.

"Generally, you get insurance through the month you were terminated"

Generally, Federal employees don't get illegally mass terminated.

Generally you don't get fired and rehired and then fired again in the same month.

Generally OPM is not ruled by autocratic dictatorships that change the rules on a whim.

It's Trump creating Fear and Consternation.

Nobody Gets to Be Comfortable.
