Tesla driver Nathaniel Radimak (38), who was charged with attacking motorists' vehicles with a pipe in the Los Angeles area, has been arrested again for allegedly assaulting two women during a road rage incident in Honolulu. The recent arrest comes less than a year after this lunatic was released from prison for the California road attacks. A woman, 18, was parking her vehicle downtown when she saw a gray Tesla speeding past. The woman and Radimak "exchanged words" before he got out of the Tesla and assaulted the woman and her mother. Radimak then fled in his gray 2022 Tesla with Oregon license plates and was located in Waikiki. Charges are pending. An arrest is not a conviction. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Nathaniel Radimak was originally sentenced to a five-year prison term, but was released on parole after serving less than one year, as confirmed by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR). The CDCR states his early release was "after serving his full sentence as defined by law."
