#2 You and the Dems keep saying the BBB is punishing the red states, and since the blue states are full of all highly educated, rich liberals won't they benefit more than red states?

Nobody benefits -- except a handful of rich people getting a tax cut, paid for by these cuts.

It sounds like you are trying to ask if the Blue states are fiscally in better shape than the Red states, and thus won't suffer as much.
