Every day it's another chicken little the sky is falling from the left.....................and then the sky never falls out. If states want to cover those that can work that don't want to work so be it if their residents are ok with it. Trump was elected to put an end to it on a national basis and that's what he's doing.

That's the whole point of BBB. Punish the Blue States.

"It's the federal government and MAGA Republicans that are at fault for your food assistance, your rural hospitals closing or you getting kicked off Medicaid"

Nobody benefits -- except a handful of rich people getting a tax cut, paid for by these cuts.

It sounds like you are trying to ask if the Blue states are fiscally in better shape than the Red states, and thus won't suffer as much.
