"Pentagon officials grappled Friday with the Herculean task of fulfilling President Donald Trump's executive order to remold the enormous, global agency into the Department of War.

But simultaneously, he has this obsession with a military that has to be the strongest, most powerful, and most intimidating in the world. He loves military parades, because it's all about power with him."
