Shooters are likely feral Trumpers with their pew pews.

Why would he be? That's the work office.

If Trump moves to tighten the military screws on the civilian population following this, that's proof he's at the bottom of it.

What a f***ing country we have now.

Guns keep America safe!

This shooting comes on the very day that Trump's polls have slumped to their lowest point in either of his presidencies.

I bet they wished they had refused Trump's illegal order now!

They died for a nazi pedophile.

Fuck around and find out. Too bad they weren't ICE instead.

Apparently they aren't dead yet.

I wonder how the news got out that they were?

#11 | Posted by Zed at 2025-11-26 04:30 PM

Well, that's it. All elections are hereby cancelled, from Dog Catcher to President. All present office holders will remain in their positions until death, at which time their oldest male offspring will take the job...

I wonder if this shooter will also miraculously be devoid of any online presence, clear political views ect ect ect...

This part of D.C. is full of high end law offices and lobbyists. Not a place the National Guard would really find anything to protect from looters, like a grocery store.

#14 | Posted by snoofy at 2025-11-26 04:49 PM

Trump has already ordered Hegseth to deploy hundreds of new Guardsmen to D.C.

Like I said, Donald is at the bottom of this.

#15 | Posted by Zed at 2025-11-26 05:00 PM

No matter who shot them, I condemn both all gun violence and the proximate cause of this incident: the deployment of armed soldiers into a civilian area.

#16 | Posted by e1g1 at 2025-11-26 05:04 PM

Apparently, they've walked back the report of them dying and attributed it to conflicting information coming through.

#17 | Posted by jpw at 2025-11-26 05:05 PM

- Apparently they aren't dead yet.

Which is how we can tell that this is rwinger on rwinger violence... they shoot just like the Trumper who (supposedly) tried to shoot Trump.

#18 | Posted by Corky at 2025-11-26 05:20 PM

Ugh. That's all we need. Trump has already decided to deploy 500 more troops to Washington. And he'll no doubt be squawking about how this proves he needed to "crack down" on Washington in the first place. This is what he lives for: strife, conflict, violence.

Chickens coming home to roost.

Alive or dead at the moment, Dummkopf Trumpf is responsible for the two ARNG Soldiers becoming casualties by seeding the national environment with hatred. Those two ARNG Soldiers were thinking about enjoying watching the Dallas Cowboys and the Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving Day when they were shot.

#19 Never fear, CBOB...

...those excesses make wonderful, ready-for-prime-time political ads.

The volume, on the television sets of Americans everywhere, does not need to even be above MUTE on for the message to register, loud and clear.

The visuals speak for themselves.

I welcome these in-kind contributions to the Democratic Party and its candidates.

We focus on affordability, and the Trump (and sycophants like Perry "bell boi" Mason, visitor_, and other assorted smooth-brained, adult applesauces here on the Retort) wallow in the cruelty of disappearing people off the streets of America. Nancy Mace, running for governor of South Carolina, openly admits that she masturbates to videos of people being disappeared off the streets of America.

And they amplify it.

Over and over and over again.

So yes, those excesses make wonderful, ready-for-prime-time political ads... and we should be grateful for the imbeciles like Perry "bell boi" Mason, visitor_, onepigheadedironguy, and ashrimpbutnotscallopsilliteratefool, Major DEI Boaz, among others here, for making the job of Democrats just that much easier.
