What's the problem? The changing of the clocks is an inconvenience for many. Every year in March and November the same debate comes to light. Change them or not, it's not a major difference either way. As of now we have "fallen back" an hour, come March "spring ahead" ONLY 1/2 hour, thereby splitting the difference, and don't move them ever again.
