A MAGA city council member in Arizona and former Turning Point USA employee has been accused of offering an employee a job in exchange for sex and kidnapping his daughter. A lawsuit, which was filed by two anonymous plaintiffs -- Father John Doe and Minor Jane Doe -- filed on Nov. 14 names Jeannette Garcia, a MAGA council member in Avondale, Arizona, of "drunkenly propositioning a male coworker to have sex and, when he rebuffed her, briefly kidnapping his 14-year-old daughter," according to a report from The Phoenix New Times.
The allegations in the lawsuit point to a year ago, when John Doe was hired by Turning Point, Charlie Kirk's right-wing political group, to help promote candidates backed by the organization for the 2024 election. Garcia was also working for the organization at the time and was the direct supervisor for Doe.
