More than half of Americans disapprove of the way Trump is handling his job of running the country.

Trump is a failing authoritarian whose approval ratings are tanking. Like any bully, when he feels humiliated, he lashes out. Funny that. Gambling on increased USD inflationary risk vs. CHF (Swiss) exchange rate risk, I ended up netting around $30k since March, 2025 by converting USD into CHF via forex. So far, my 75 year-old mom has taken 2 cruises of the British Isles and the Scandinavian Fjords on Viking with the proceeds. Thanks, MAGAts.

6. All his sycophants smelling of and covered in ----.

Long-term, this leads to :

A legacy completely encrusted with dried ----.
A bunch of sycophants who have been wallowing in ---- so long they have become completely accustomed to the stench.

(Those who recognize the stench (complain about it and/or seek to keep clear of it) are labeled as having "TDS" by the -----smearer-in-chief).

Of course, the stock market is NOT the economy. Consumer sentiment is turning negative, and that is often a precursor of a recession. The 'quit rate' is still 2.00%, so not bad, but many are concerned about what the hell is happening with the US economy and the insane actions of Der Dotard. It will be a laff riot to see Congress ducking and diving to avoid voting to impose tariffs, weeks before the 2026 midterms. What a conundrum for MAGA functionaries--act like the Trump B!------- they are and vote for tariffs, or resist their orange leader in attempts to keep their jobs and meaning in life. If the Dems can figure out how to benefit from the current chaos, they will be beneficiaries of a landslide of epic proportions, perhaps topping Nixon-McGovern...

At this point, there's only one way to hold the regime accountable. That's to flip both houses of Congress in a big way. There's no way MAGA is winning if we're still able to have a free and fair election come November.

I think that election will be the final test of whether we're still a Representative Republic, or if we've simply become another tyrannical oligarchy.
