France: Macron Chooses Defense Minister to Be New PM

French President Emmanuel Macron appointed Defense Minister Sebastien Lecornu as new prime minister and tasked him with immediately getting the country's fractious political parties to agree on a budget for one of the world's largest economies.

Perhaps the new Prime Minister/Defense Minister a/k/a War Minister might focus on the real threat to Europe posed by Russia and build a 21st Century Maginot Line defense system to prevent any invasion from the north?

#2: Hi Danni: That is one of the reasons Macron chose the DM to be the PM, but the 'Maginot Line' would be a high tech drone and air defense system. Earlier this year Macron warned the entire French hospital system to be ready to accept mass casualties in the near future. Paris is reading the tea leaves that Dummkopf Trumpf and Vladimir Putin brewed.
