Why didn't the Portuguese authorities kill the suspected traffickers? Isn't that the protocol in dealing with "narco-terrorists" according to Dummkopf Trumpf?

Because they're smarter than Trump. Now the Portuguese own a perfectly good submarine to re-purpose.

Do you know what that's like to transport coke these days? You've got to deal with the ------- U.S. Navy all over the place. You've got frogmen. You got EC-2 aircraft with satellite tracking ----. You got ------- Bell 2-09 assault choppers up your ass, man. Narco traffickers are losing one out of every nine loads. It's no duck walk anymore, let me tell you.

It ain't like it used to be for narco-traffickers as aptly pointed out. And all because of the insatiable American addiction to drugs.

Just legalize it already!

The war on drugs was won by the drugs decades ago. It's time for failed governments to stop ruining peoples' lives.

Maybe the solution is more along the lines of reducing demand than reducing supply?

Of course, reducing demand requires something that Republicans view as a bane to them... helping people.

Narco traffickers are losing one out of every nine loads.

If that. I wonder how many of those targets were just empty, remotely piloted boats?
