Four people have been detained after Portuguese authorities intercepted a narco-sub carrying more than 1.7 tonnes of cocaine in the mid-Atlantic.

Why didn't the Portuguese authorities kill the suspected traffickers? Isn't that the protocol in dealing with "narco-terrorists" according to Dummkopf Trumpf?

Maybe the solution is more along the lines of reducing demand than reducing supply?
