The F.B.I. made the disclosure in a pointed letter that underscored broader concern over a House bill that would give more authority to Tulsi Gabbard, the director of national intelligence.
In an unusual letter, the FBI informed Congress that it opposed a proposal to make the Office of the Director of National Intelligence the lead counterintelligence agency for the federal government -- a move that would empower Tulsi Gabbard to play a more prominent role in counterintelligence issues.

USSECDEF Pete "Hic!" Kegsbreath replaced highly decorated and experienced USN RADM Kurt Rothenhaus who was in charge of naval research with an inexperienced 33-year-old DOGE-bag. The Office of Naval Research (ONR) is charged with critical technical research and doling out billions in funding for the USN. A three-star general serving on the JCS was also purged.
This latest injustice probably has something to do with awarding naval contracts to Trumpf insiders to construct the "Golden Fleet."
