This is true and OK Imo. But what I think happened is there is a truck that passes in front of her at the start of the video. I think the ICE was in pursuit of that truck. Then she pulls out, blocking their progress. They were going to arrest her for obstruction and thats where it goes downhill.

You need to understand the whole day not just this moment in time. Also she was blocking the road not allowing ICE to move forward, we don't know why all the traffic was going one way or another.

This harassment was going on all day, the might have ID'd the vehicle earlier for something else. But this much is sure, they didn't get out of the their truck randomly, they knew who they were about to arrest.
