After having watched the ICE officer's video, you can see when he was jostled (NOT run over), but he was jostled because he was standing in the middle of the street looking at his phone, not paying attention to what was happening. It's AMAZING, after being "run over" he is still standing and managed to hold onto that phone. But according to the Rs here, it's a miracle he survived.

I haven't read the whole thread, I've taken a break from the situation because it has just rattled me. I just tuned into a local news program and they had on experts in "use of deadly force". They said that the shooter being on the side of the car when shots were fired does not support the use of deadly force. Others were saying the video does not match what DHS has said to describe what happened. So we'll see how this plays out, they are still investigating the situation.

However, I am not shocked at the hypocrisy of the Pro Life posters here. Yeah, you know who you are.
