Jeffrey Epstein’s Lawyer and CPA Testify to Congress

"Jeffrey Epstein's lawyer Darren Indyke and his accountant Richard Kahn testified to House lawmakers they were never interviewed as part of any formal federal investigations into their late client's sex crimes."

Jeffrey Epstein's legal adviser was not interviewed either

Comments

"Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn sat for hours-long depositions with the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee panel. They have denied knowing anything about Jeffrey Epstein's crimes before the later allegations emerged. They also said their client told them, in the case of the 2008 sex crime conviction, he was unaware of his involvement with a minor.

Neither have been charged with a crime in connection with Epstein, though some lawmakers have portrayed them as key enablers of Epstein's activities. Rep. David Min (D-CA), a member of the Oversight Committee, has gone so far to suggest Indyke perjured himself when he said he did not have knowledge of Epstein's offenses."

~snip~

Remarkable that no AUSAs (or apparently FBI Special Agents) interviewed Messrs Indyke or Kahn during the course of the investigation as both would be crucial players in maintaining Jeffrey Epstein's financial and real estate empire.

In the so far released Epstein files, Darren Indyke's name appears at least 18,592 times; Richard Kahn 53,504 times; ICC-indicted war criminal Benjamin Netanyahu's 694 times; ex-Israeli PM Ehud Barak 4,100 times; and Alan Dershowitz 2,977 times.
