Exclusive: ICE's Bounty Hunters

Leaked database shows how ICE pays off local cops to do their bidding.

More: An internal ICE financial ledger I obtained shows how the agency is turning local police departments across the county into a vast, decentralized immigration army. This includes payments if cops sign up to be deputized, reimbursements for transportation, salary supplements for cops who process migrant children, and per-arrest-style incentive payments.

All of this is taking place under an ICE program called 287(g), part of a 1996 law that granted the Attorney General (and later the Secretary of Homeland Security) the authority to enter into written agreements with state and local governments on immigration.

At the recent Munich Security Conference, California Governor Gavin Newsom (D) entreated the leaders of the Western countries "not to give up on America" and that Dummkopf Trumpf is "temporary."

Newsom said: "Trumpf is gone in three years."

So everything will be just fine on 21 Jan 2029, right?

But what about the oligarchs, Congress, and the devious political machinery that perpetuates a military-industrial and prison-industrial complex that keeps the American people in chains with their own taxpayer dollars and menaces the Middle East with constant war?

These status quo dinosaurs and fat-cat wealth-mongers will all still be here on 21 Jan 2029, like ICE and this novel method of maintaining the American police state.

John Fetterman (D-Israel) had a chance to kibbosh the new D/DHS nomination from going forward, but the status quo human elephant didn't, so now a UFC thug is in charge of DHS.

Too little, too late, the Democrats want to primary Fetterman out.

ICE and DHS-- as well as other sickening legacies and malefactors in Congress-- will all be around on 21 Jan 2029 after Trumpf is shown the door.

If NATO and the EU gave up on America, who can blame them?
