Members of the mob that stormed the US Capitol on 6 Jan 2021 are suing the federal government for tens of millions of dollars in damages, claiming that the "indiscriminate" use of force by police officers repelling the attack caused them physical and emotional injuries.

Lawsuit filed in Florida: Swine Coming to the Trough
The lawsuit ludicrously takes aim at the conduct of US Capitol Police and the Metropolitan Police Department, whose outnumbered officers fended off the lunatic mob for hours while Republican members of Congress fled for their lives.
Among the lead plaintiffs in the class action lawsuit: white supremacist A.J. Fischer, a member of the Proud Boys who was charged with assault before his case was erased by Dummkopf Trumpf's sweeping and reckless pardon. This miscreant sued along with MAGA cult followers Patrick and Marie Sullivan, who whined about being pelted with pepper balls and afflicted by chemical spray. The good-for-nothing Sullivans were not criminally charged for their egregious conduct on 6 Jan.
Fischer and the Sullivans are looking to represent a class of plaintiffs that includes dozens of other maniacs, insurrectionists, and white supremacists who wanted to hang VPOTUS Mike Pence on the Capitol's West Front, the scene of the most violent confrontations between rioters and police.
