FBI Director Kashyap Pramod Vinod Patel was twice arrested in incidents involving alcohol, once for public intoxication and once for public urination after leaving a bar, he admitted in a 2005 letter about disclosures on his Florida Bar application.

Would he be deported if birthright citizen is revoked? Not clear if his parents had become citizens when he was born in 1980 in New York.
