Mr. Trump is slated to depart Washington on Tuesday and hold meetings with Xi Jinping, China's leader, later in the week. U.S. officials have said Mr. Trump wants to discuss the creation of a board of investment and a board of trade with China, and the delegation includes business leaders across a wide range of industries
