Email Confirms No One Will Get Trump Phones Or Deposits Back

An estimated 590,000 buyers paid a 74 ($100) deposit to secure one, collectively handing the venture roughly 43.7 million ($59 million). As of May 2026, not a single confirmed customer has received the device.

Lol! I said when this t scam was announced that anyone falling for it would likely never see a phone or their money and if they did it would just be a remanufactured 5 year old phone from some other manufacturer that was not made in the USA.

Finally, how is this not criminal? Were Trump not in charge of the DoJ would we expect investigation(s) and charges from this? I can't see how this isn't outright fraud.
