Boeing Chief Executive Dave Calhoun to Leave at End of 2024

Boeing's chief executive Dave Calhoun will leave the planemaker by the end of this year, the company has said.

Four years as CEO of a company like Boeing, that is laughable. It's a shame they didn't cut off his ear that would have been better for the shareholders.

Back in the day, when General Electric was a Top 5 company, I was hired out of college into their management training program.

One of the questions I asked the campus interviewer was, ~why does GE recruit management candidates from Engineering schools?~

The response was, ~Engineers are trained to look at the facts of the situation and act according to goals.~
