KY Man Faces Federal Hate Crime and Firearms Charges

Melvin P. Litteral III was arrested and charged with federal hate crime and firearms offenses for threatening a Palestinian-American man with a loaded gun. The suspect used force or the threat of force to intimidate and interfere with the victim " a Palestinian-American man and practicing Muslim in a restaurant. As if enough Palestinians weren't being slaughtered for this man.

More

Litteral faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000. If convicted of the firearms charge, Litteral faces a mandatory minimum penalty of seven years in prison which would run consecutively. Another man throws his life away over hatred. I imagine the FBI asked Mr. Litteral for his whereabouts on 6 Jan 2021 and scanned his imagery.
