Georgia Election Workers Win Case Against Gateway Pundit

Georgia election workers Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss scored a legal victory on Thursday when they settled a defamation lawsuit with The Gateway Pundit, the far-right news website that falsely accused them of interfering with ballots in the 2020 presidential election.

The Gateway Pundit's legal troubles don't end with Freeman and Moss. The company still faces a libel suit from Eric Coomer, a former employee of Dominion Voting Systems who was falsely accused of rigging the 2020 election in favor of President Joe Biden.

Comments

The far-right website The Gateway Pundit acknowledged for the first time on Saturday that there was not any fraud during ballot counting in Atlanta in 2020 when Donald Trump lost the presidency, a significant concession from one of the most influential conservative sites that plays a key role in spreading election misinformation.
