After a week of early voting in Connecticut, no town has registered more votes than West Hartford. It's been a more active early voting period than many officials expected in the state, as voters are able to participate in early voting for the first time in a presidential election. As of late Monday, 313,550 voters across Connecticut cast their vote early. Close to 2 million voters are expected to vote in this state by the time polls close Tuesday, Nov. 5. The high voter engagement was encouraging for Secretary of the State Stephanie Thomas.
