Longtime Democratic strategist James Carville went on a scathing rant Monday over Vice President Kamala Harris's decision to avoid a potential appearance on "The Joe Rogan Experience" podcast. Joe Rogan claimed to have been in negotiations with the Harris campaign about a potential appearance on the show prior to the presidential election. Both President-elect Donald Trump and Vice President-elect JD Vance joined the show for lengthy interviews about their campaign before Election Day. Carville said on a Politicon podcast that political strategists such as himself urge candidates to do anything to win an election. "You do anything you can to win, understand that," he said. "There's nothing, nothing more important than winning elections". Carville accused the Harris's "younger progressive staffers" of throwing a "hissy fit" while the vice president was mulling an appearance on The Joe Rogan Experience.
