Poet 'Nikki' Giovanni Dies

Yolande Cornelia "Nikki" Giovanni Jr., the internationally recognized poet and provocateur, died Monday in Blacksburg, Virginia. She was 81.

She was an icon...particualrly here in Blacksburg.
