SEC Sues Musk: Alleged Failure to Disclose Twitter Stake

The SEC filed a lawsuit against Elon Musk on Tuesday, alleging the billionaire committed securities fraud in 2022 by failing to disclose he had amassed an active stake in Twitter, a secrecy that allowed him to buy shares at "artificially low prices."

Oh you poor innocent child. Prepare to be educated on how oligarchs work.

He doesn't think that. He KNOWS that.

This lawsuit will vanish completely or be reduced to a nothing burger as soon as Trumpy gets around to it after the 20th. Probably right after a round of golf and dinner with Elon.

That's how oligarchs "work".
