Just as the American college students who fled north to avoid Vietnam in the 1960s benefitted Canada, so will the 2025 brain drain. Expect Ottawa to hire some of the fired USIC personnel as well. China has been working to recruit victims of the Trumpf junta for their own purposes.

North v. South Ontario is kind of a regional thing. We generally consider the "Mason-Dixon line" to be Sudbury. :-)
