North Dakota Governor Vetoes the Housing Budget -- by Mistake

When North Dakota Gov. Kelly Armstrong took up an agency budget bill approved by the legislature, he vetoed a couple of line items. At least, that was his intention Monday.

ND Gov. Kelly Armstrong announced Thursday that he accidentally vetoed part of a bill that set aside $35 million for a state housing development fund. A special session may be needed to restore the funding.
