Secret Service 'laser-focused' on agency reform

One year after the attempted assassination of now-President Donald Trump at a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, the motives of shooter Thomas Matthew Crooks remain elusive, even as more details have emerged. The U.S. Secret Service, meanwhile, has initiated or implemented dozens of operational reforms since that day, which critics had deemed a "stunning failure" on the part of the agency.

At Butler, that "fateful day", civilians in the crowd repeatedly tried to draw the Secret Service's attention to the MAN ON THE ROOF. WHERE HE WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE, and they kept blowing them off.

When ordinary people are better at doing a job than highly trained professionals are, then something stinks to high heaven.

These Secret Service agents were only suspended for their failures, not fired.

They are being protected.

You know, Sean Michael Curran, the head of Trump's security detail that was responsible for securing the Butler rally, where Trump gave his best performance.

There are documented reports of the Secret Service acknowledging Thomas Matthew Crooks was on the roof, as well as audience members reporting him.

One has to wonder why Sean Michael Curran, head of security detail for the Butler rally, didn't send anyone to investigate Thomas Matthew Crooks.

Why didn't Sean Michael Curran, head of security detail for the Butler rally, send anyone to investigate Thomas Matthew Crooks?

Sean Michael Curran's ineptitude allowed Crooks to "shoot at Trump". "Shooting Trump's ear off!" Not to mention the innocent bystanders he injured and killed.

He should have been reprimanded and laid off. Instead, Sean Michael Curran was promoted to the head of the secret service.

Make it make sense.
