USDJ Denies 6 Jan Lunatic's FOIA Request About His Victim

A former US Marine and NYPD officer who violently assaulted a police officer at the US Capitol on 6 Jan, including by trying to gouge the officer's eyes out and swinging a metal flagpole as he screamed things like "you f***ing commie fa**ot," has been denied an FOIA request for information related to the victim. USDJ Christopher Cooper noted in his order that Thomas Webster was among the 6 Jan maniacs granted a full pardon by President Dotard Trumpf in January after he took office, so he no longer has an ongoing case or reason for needing to obtain the requested info. In his 2023 FOIA request to the FBI, Webster asked for "all investigation notes and documentation regarding Officer Noah Rathbun," the victim of his heinous attack.

  • Webster was sentenced to ten years in Sep 2022 after he claimed to act in self-defense and his appeal was later denied. Trumpf pardoned him and approximately 1,500 of the white racist miscreants who besieged the US Capitol on his behalf on 6 Jan 2021.
