Russian Intelligence Agents Arrests Oligarch in Dubai

The former chief executive of a Russian state-run leasing company was arrested in Dubai's largest shopping center in a rare extradition operation carried out by Russian intelligence, exiled investigative outlet The Insider reported.

The former head of VEB-Leasing has been detained in Dubai by Russian intelligence officers. The operation was personally overseen by the head of the SVR's Internal Security Directorate.

What was this guy doing in a shopping mall without his body guards? Don't these guys know how to keep their heads down? Any body that crosses Putin must know by now that no where is safe (except maybe the US as long as Trump is not president). Furthermore, they must break all contact with Russia; family, friends, financial accounts, etc. The break must be carefully planned and complete.
