The referral looks pretty damning. If the allegations are true.

That doesn't really look all that damning to me.

Especially since the bottom of page two is missing.

Anyway, what's the statue say regarding punishment, is this a felony with mandatory jail time?

I read the referral. It didn't mention Trump. It did mention that the fed governor who might know better attested to the fact, by signature, that she was going to use both of those residents as her primary within a 60 day period.

Let me just say this as plainly as possible.

Trump's biggest problem with Lisa Cook is her skin color.

That's it.

He's a racist and she's black.

It's acts like these that endear Trump to his Deplorable Trumping MAGAt cult.

It's what wins him elections. Hate and racism.
