CEO sues Uber after illegal immigrant driver assault caught

Homeland Security Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin told Fox News Digital Uliumdzhiev illegally crossed the southern border near San Ysidro, California on Dec. 4, 2022, and was released into the country under the Biden administration. "An ICE arrest detainer was placed on him to ensure he is not released back into American communities to terrorize more Americans," McLaughlin said. "Under President Trump and Secretary Noem, if you break the law, you will face the consequences. Criminal illegal aliens are not welcome in the U.S."
