SpaceX is set to launch an hour-long test flight of its Starship megarocket " the most powerful launch vehicle ever constructed " as soon as 7:15 p.m. ET Monday. The company has had a rocky year of test missions with this generation of Starship prototype, called Version 2.
The last test mission in August, which followed three in-flight failures and an explosive accident during ground testing, appeared to go smoothly.
