Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes on Tuesday filed a lawsuit to try to force House Speaker Mike Johnson to swear in Rep.-elect Adelita Grijalva, the Arizona Democrat who won her late father's seat in a special election nearly one month ago.
NEWS: Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes and Rep.-Elect Adelita Grijalva have SUED the U.S. House of Representatives in federal court in Washington, D.C. over Speaker Mike Johnson's refusal to swear in Grijalva. Grijalva would be the 218th vote for the Epstein Files discharge petition.
