POTUS Leaves Work Early to Name a Blvd for Himself

President Donald Trump made an early start to the Dr Martin Luther King Jr holiday weekend by flying to Florida to name a road after himself after taking part in "The Great, Historic Investment in Rural Health Roundtable." Immediately after the East Room discussion, if he was able to stay awake for it, the self-declared President of Venezuela rushed to Palm Beach FL for a street-naming ceremony organized solely to flatter his ego.

Usually, Presidents wait until they are fmr Presidents to see things named after themselves.

Is Pres Trump so convinced that his work in the Presidency is so bad that no one might ever name something after him when he leaves office?

And that is why he feels the unilateral need to make such namings himself?

To be fair, last I heard he posts all night, gets up at 11:00, and has media appearances and a few meetings for 5 hours, then he's done.

Unless it's golf day, then he's spending million of tax dollars to cheat at, er, play golf.

That seems to be foreign to me.

Around here in Connecticut, I see roads and highways named after people.

The person named on the road sign is usually a Connecticut Veteran who has served the Country.

Why is Pres Trump so actively trying to diminish the sacrifices of those Veterans to boost his own ego?

Trump doesn't do "work."
He performs a conman's act, nothing more.
Increasingly, when even that gets to be too much he just falls asleep.
At meetings, in public situations with cameras.

The amount of time Trump spends "working" probably comes down to minutes rather than hours.

He is the laziest man ever to be president. More proof that whatever he has, he has by criminal activity.

The Tampa Bay commissioners likely want something. The world has learned that Lewzer is very easy to manipulate. Give him some gold trinket, or name something after him, and he will open the floodgates of taxpayer money upon you.

He might even make you honorary President of Venezuela.
