ICE Detains Citizen After She Photographed Agents' Cars

An Oregon woman who is a U.S. citizen was detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement for about seven hours last Monday after taking pictures of agents' unmarked cars near a Gresham Chick-fil-A.

Authorities claim Berenice Garcia-Hernandez "aggressively followed" agents, while she says she was targeted for documenting their presence to warn the community.

ICE will have to be disbanded and reorganized, Border Patrol, too, these are no longer law enforcement. Some of those fired will have to be prosecuted,
