Trump Embarrasses Himself (Again), Discovers “New Word”

Trump on Wednesday tried to explain the Republican Party's steep election losses this week in part on a failure of language, specifically, a failure to use a "new word." Many blamed the GOP defeat on a mix of Trump's own unpopularity (his approval rating just reached a new low) and consumer frustration at continued inflation. But the president insisted everything is moving in the right direction. The only issue, he said, is that Republicans don't talk about it enough. Both because he doesn't give a s*&^ about the average person and if it comes down to profit for his buddies and that new word, affordability, affordability will be "what, I've never heard of that before in my life" the next morning and because they were empty, cynical promises to begin with believed by people who wanted to believe because they're coming from Dear Leader, not because they had any real merit.

Anyone who thought a billionaire was going to lower prices is a special kind of stupid.

He never had any intention of do anything to help the middle class ever. Period.
